This course prepares the student to function in a residential, commercial , or retail maintenance environment as a maintenance technician. The building maintenance courses will consist of residential and commercial training program with concentration in the following areas:

Recycling Procedures
Basic Wiring and Electrical Repairs
Home Plumbing Projects and Repairs
