The Cosmetology course is an extensive program that trains and prepares students for the New York State Licensure in Cosmetology. Students will then be able to obtain employment in their desired area(s) of the beauty field include: Hair Cutting and Shaping, Hair Styling, Hair Coloring and Lightening, Shampoos, Rinses, Conditioners, and Treatments, Nail Care and Procedures, Skin Care and Procedures. They may advise clients on how to care for their hair, how to straighten their hair or give it a permanent wave, or how to lighten or darken their hair color. Or open their own business.More
